Hyderabad, the capital of southern India’s Telangana state is not only a major hub for the diamond trading centre and technology industry but laced by many heritage eateries . Though Hyderabadi Biryani is one of the celebration dish of the city, but its extraordinary bakery items crowned with luxurious colourful dry fruit toppings are tooth-pleasing and distinctly different flowing from the kitchens of Nizams. A few of Hyderabad’s classic bakery, I explored during my business trip to the city.

Assorted Baklava – The sweet rich signature dessert from the Middle East, Greece, Turkey jewelled with nuts and coated with sugar syrup. The juicy layers of flaky phyllo pastry finished with mixtures of pistachio, walnuts, hazelnuts of the luxury Turkish Baklava is simply irresistible.
