Ingredients

  • 2 Large Cucumbers
  • 3 tbsp Chipotle Mayo
  • 4 Ham Slices
  • 4 Salami Slices
  • 1 tsp Capsico Hot Sauce
  • 6–8 Toothpicks for securing the filling

Method

  1. Slice the cucumbers into thick pieces and scoop out the seeds carefully.
  2. Fill the hollow center with Chipotle Mayo.
  3. Roll the ham and salami slices and place them inside the cucumber cups.
  4. Secure with toothpicks to keep the filling intact.
  5. Drizzle hot Capsico sauce on top and serve chilled.

Omelette Rolled with Mutton Keema & Cheese 🍳

Soft omelettes rolled with spicy mutton keema and gooey melted cheese — this protein-packed party snack is rich, flavorful, and absolutely irresistible for any gathering or evening craving.

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Cooked Mutton Keema
  • ½ cup Grated Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
  • 1 Small Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 Green Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Butter or Oil
  • ½ tsp Crushed Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Chilli Flakes
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Beat the eggs with salt, pepper, onion, green chilli, and coriander leaves.
  2. Prepare a thin omelette in a buttered pan.
  3. Add cooked mutton keema and grated cheese in the center.
  4. Roll the omelette carefully and cook for another minute until the cheese melts.
  5. Slice into rolls and serve hot with your favorite dip.

Polish Cabbage Rolls Stuffed with Gobindo Bhog Rice & Sausage Meat 🥬

Soft cabbage leaves stuffed with fragrant Gobindo Bhog rice and juicy sausage meat make these Polish-style cabbage rolls a comforting, hearty, and flavor-packed dish perfect for parties or cozy meals.

Ingredients

  • 8–10 Large Cabbage Leaves
  • 1 cup Gobindo Bhog Rice (cooked)
  • 250 gm Sausage Meat
  • 1 Medium Onion (finely chopped)
  • 4 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Butter or Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander (chopped for garnish)

Method

  1. Blanch the cabbage leaves in hot water until soft and flexible.
  2. Cook the Gobindo Bhog rice and keep aside.
  3. Sauté onion and garlic, then mix with sausage meat and cooked rice.
  4. Place the filling inside each cabbage leaf and roll tightly.
  5. Pan-sear lightly with butter or olive oil until slightly golden.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
