A wholesome start to the morning with creamy yogurt, crunchy cereals, and a selection of premium nuts—simple, nourishing, and perfectly balanced for a refreshing breakfast.

The lavish breakfast spread showcased an impressive selection of Emirati, Arabic, and international favorites. Traditional dishes featuring beans, artisanal cheeses, fresh salads, and nutrient-rich specialties offered an authentic taste of the region while celebrating wholesome ingredients.

One of my absolute favorites was the Eggs Benedict. Perfectly poached eggs rested atop layers of smoked salmon and spinach, finished with silky hollandaise sauce. Every bite was indulgent, balanced, and beautifully executed.
