There is a saying – ‘Eat Cake and Be Merry‘ a personal favourite dream cake awaits to grace your every occasion sprinkled with love, swirled in flavours and topped with elegant temptations.

Its a journey of a fashion designing student Shripriya Gupta to present her skills at the ramp which finally landed to the kitchen to nurture her hidden skill as a pastry chef through the culinary inspirations from her grand mom’s magical wand – transforming every raw ingredient to warm ‘mithais’ and globe-trotting with her father and ended up by wearing the graduation crown from the famed culinary London school – Le Cordon Bleu.

The elite dessert café at Sarat Bose Road with its brand name embossed elegantly in golden tones on a beautiful sea green colour influenced by the Art Deco Movement and American art and architecture – a trend, born in the 1920s welcomes every sweet tooth lover not only to indulge in the taste but also the art/geometry of fine crackling texture and classy appeal of the sinful desserts. A den for anyone with a sweet tooth to spend time in the paradise with the sinful desserts.

The cafe exudes the talent of the cake artist to savour your sweet time in a stunning French-style patisserie themed decor with elegant model cakes stacked in the display, sea green backdrop with a touch of gold and cute colourful macron stools.

Her extraordinary talent is well evident when she gifted the precious moment to the Little Master’s bday – Sachin Tendulkar with a themed cake featuring one of his most iconic moments – completed a century of centuries.

A perfect celebration dessert with a conical tower. Chocolate glazed profiteroles filled with cream are stacked on a chocolate base and topped with alternate layers of chocolate discs and artistically nozzled chocolate cream to give the shape of a conical tower. A thin layer of melted chocolate brushed on the plate with little chocolate towers glazed with golden flakes and crushed nuts add an astounding effect and flavour to the dessert.

This fruity choux bun filled with a mix of whipped cream and raspberries glazed with raspberry flakes served on a cookie disc, topped with whipped cream and a dropper filled with raspberry sauce circled within the chocolate ring and gorgeously garnished with a garden fresh mint. The stripes of the whipped cream brushed on the plate studded with linings of the little cones of cream and raspberry coated with jelly simply adds a wow factor to the bold raspberry flavour with beautiful presentation.

Now coming to the BIG SURPRISE – Belgian Hazelnut Cake
A melt-in-the-mouth cake luxuriously indulged with pure Belgian chocolate goodness and nutty hazelnuts dressed with a luscious gooey ganache made from chocolate and cream laced perfectly with crunchy thin chocolate bites. The dark rich, chocolatey and delicious beauty is topped with bittersweet artistically designed chocolate discs along with crunchy praline hazelnuts coated in caramel which marks the spotlight of the artwork. Just phenomenal.
