Panchphoroan SCOTCH – Jugalbandi 2.0 by Novotel Kolkata brings the best of the two culinary worlds that uniquely combine the tradition of Scottish and Bengali cuisines.

The occasion spotlights the culinary collaboration between the first National Chef of Scotland @Gary MacLean and the executive chef of Novotel Kolkata Vikram Jaiswal.

It’s my pleasure to join in such an immersive culinary journey to explore healthy and incredibly vibrant dishes that truly justify the delicious blend of Scottish and Bengali flavours.
