MAIN COURSES

Thikri Ki Dal – ‘Thikri’ means pieces of freshly broken clay earthenware pot which is used to season the dish. Yellow lentil stewed in asafoetida (hing) and fried with garlic chilly, made more fragrant by dipping in smoked clay. The earthy, crunchy flavour is outstanding.

Malai Makhan Makhana – The protein-rich paneer picks up the flavour from the mild Mughlai curry. Pan-fried curd cheese tikki proudly sits on a delectable tomato saffron gravy. Garnished with lotus pops. Tastes incredible.
