The One Stop Rock Shop with its elegant, superb classy rustic decor and serving amazing mouth-watering food is located at Park Mansion overlooking the Park Street with a souvenir shop on the ground floor at its entrance and the cafe on the first floor.
This is my first visit to Hard Rock Cafe in India after hitting its widespread chains across the sea – a highly energetic ‘Rock’ ’n’ ‘Roll‘ – themed cafe where ‘everything is served in style‘ starting from superb booze to classic American burgers.
The occassion of the visit was Bloggers meet hosted by Digital Brandz Pvt Ltd. to celebrate the ‘Burgers Festival‘.
Hard Rock’s World Burger Tour is now ready to take its guests to gastronomical journey across the continents of – Asia, Europe and South America.
The cafe takes the pride in celebrating the ‘Burger Festival’ – presenting the legendary classic burgers across the globe, which will continue during the month of June’2018.
Here are some of their classic ‘festival burgers‘ –
SATAY BURGER – Singapore
The peanut flavoured Satay sauce gives an Asian twist to the tasty mouth-watering moist patty with zesty red onion and sliced cool cucumber. A delightful and satisfying meal.
WHISKEY BACON BURGER – Brussels, Belgium
Whisky infused beef patty served with caramelized onion, scorched with peppery semi-hard cheese, crispy onions, bacon. Simply a tender and tasty selection.
TANGO SALSA BURGER – Buenos Aires, Argentina
Shake it up the juicy patty with honey mustard sauce, cheddar cheese, green apple – andouille sausage. Just packed with full of flavours.
VEGETARIAN BURGER – New Delhi
Delish healthy high protein veg and lentil patty shaken up with tangy tomato sauce topped with fresh rocket lettuce. Simply a vegans delight.
All the signature burgers are served with french fries and the patty clubbed in the fluffy fresh bun.

The guests can also opt to go for creamy cheesy mashed potatoes with gravy served on the side in place of french fries.

Alongside the burgers, the cafe has launched an array of ultimate refreshing mocktail and cocktail punches.
CLASSIC CARIBBEAN MOJITO –
Sweet citrusy signature mojito from Cuba, muddled with rum and fresh mint lime juice.
PASSION FRUIT MAI TAI –
Perfect blend of Rum and fresh passion fruit juice.
MANGO GINGER MOJITO –
A cool summer party drink blended with a mix of rum, ginger beer, mango flavours, lime, mint.
ROCKING FRESH RITA –
‘Rock’ n ‘Roll’ margarita muddled with lime and sugary syrup.
