Sumptuous lunch on the occasion of Songkran – Thai NewYear FoodFestival.
A specially curated menu from the land of tropical beaches and Royal Palaces – Thailand exclusively designed by Executive Chef of Marriott, Phuket – Suvit hosted by Vintage Asia, from 9th -15th April 2018 with an inclusion of unlimited Premium Liquor.
The essence of Royal Thai Cuisines lies in the fact that all the 4 unique flavours – sweet, spicy, sour and salty are perfectly balanced, which makes each dish come alive, coming as a blend of centuries-old Eastern and Western influences. The use of aromatic fresh herbs and sharp-flavoured spices helps to boost up the distinctive taste of the cuisines.
Delicacies from the set menu – NON – VEGETARIAN
APPETIZER – Deep fried prawn cake with plum sauce
Authentic style pomelo salad with water chestnut, roasted coconut, fried shallot
Northeastern style spicy soup with chicken, ground roasted rice, shallot, flat parsley.
Wok-fried sea prawn with garlic chilli
Wok fried rice raisin and pineapple chicken
Pad Thai chicken noodles
Thai green chicken curry
Steamed bhetki with spicy chilli garlic lime sauce
DESSERT – warm pumpkin in coconut milk syrup
